Full Appraisal (with inspection) - Desktop Appraisal
For a Full Appraisal, EquipValueTX will travel to location and physically inspect each asset, provide pictures including 4 corner images of the asset itself, interior image, VIN/Data plate picture, Hours/Mileage pictures, and pictures of any current damage, leaks, and or others that may decrease or increase the assets value. Some assets may have multiple serial number in which case we will also provide those images in the report and spreadsheet .
We can also provide Data Collection Services for other appraisers.
USPAP Compliant Reports
The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are the generally accepted standards for professional appraisal practice in North America. USPAP contains standards for all types of appraisal services, including: real estate, personal property, business and mass appraisal.
- The Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 recognizes USPAP as the generally accepted appraisal standards and requires USPAP compliance for appraisers in federal-related transactions.
